Hello...
My name is Gaelle Penhallow
Born into creativity, I spent years enjoying the process of discovering my style through many techniques. Eventually, art led me to mixing my creative skills with therapy and mindfulness.
Mindfulness helped me reduce stress in my life after dealing with dramatic family events and the knowledge I gained inspired me to train as a teacher to share with others.
I became aware of the link and power between art and wellness and wanted to help others with stress, overwhelm, mental health, chronic illness and difficult emotions.
I trained further in mindfulness, mental health awareness and art courses qualifying as a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist, which links further the art with mindfulness.
Creating a safe space for people to open up led to the need of adding healing skills, so it was a natural progression to further study Root Cause Therapy to help release limiting beliefs in a way that does not risk further trauma.
My approach is fluid and holistic, taking you as a whole. This means developing a more mindful living with mindfulness introduced to all areas of life. Building awareness and resilience with knowledge of neuroscience and creativity helps build new strong and healthy new habits, empowering you.
I create a safe space as a group or in one-to-ones to unlock life struggles and give hope, but I give the power to you to make changes. Learn how to tap into moments of flow with me.
You will see on this website that I offer different and bespoke techniques that nurture you in nature, from home and with others. From creative journaling to therapy sessions and art for wellbeing groups, I also run mindfulness and art programmes through social prescribing. Whether you decide to join a group or one-to-one sessions, we will work together around your needs.
I believe that sometimes talking helps. Some other times, doing something creative will create a space to escape until you get stronger. I provide this and the many spaces in between.
